Observed data is not visible in OC

Observed data is not be imported, while data is provided on FSS.

  • Potential cause: Data is imported into database with synchlevel=0. This is tehn not synchronised to OC.
  • Solution: Data has been removed from the central database with an SQL query (query described in FEWS-5174). In order to import new data in the data the databases on FSS have to be deleted and import data has to be imported again. Please copy import data over from import_bck folder on FSS.
