The State Government, the EGP-Rio and the Rio 2016 Games
The state government of Rio de Janeiro is actively participating in the implementation of various activities and projects related to the Olympic and Paralympic Games Rio 2016.
Decree 42 093/2009 of 28/10/2009 defined the Ministry of Civil Office responsible for coordinating the activities of the Government of the State of Rio de Janeiro in the organization of the Rio 2016 Games.
It is for the Project Management Office (EGP-Rio) to monitor the planning, execution and monitoring of the Olympic and Paralympic projects, with a commitment to ensure compliance with the schedules and budgets obligations assumed by the state.
Significant investments in the expansion and improvement of subway and rail transport systems, as well as in the areas of environment and safety, among others, ensure an exceptional legacy for the city and the state.
Regarding sports facilities shall be met all requirements established by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). In the Maracanã Complex will occur the opening and closing ceremonies of the Games and the realization of football matches (Maracana stadium), in addition to volleyball matches (gym Maracanãzinho). In the Rowing Stadium at Lagoa, will take place the rowing and canoeing competitions. Waterpark Júlio Delamare occur the Water Polo competitions.
Transparency
In obedience to what determines INFORMATION ACCESS LAW No. 12,527 / 11 with regard to projects related to the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2016 to be held by the State of Rio de Janeiro, the Secretariat for EGP-Rio Project Management produced this page to give even more clarity and information to citizens.
The principle that inspires this Law in the Federal Constitution that establishes the right of citizens' access to information, enabling them to understand and monitor the management of public resources. It is for the Government to offer access and respond to queries formulated, which entails and strengthens the culture of transparency in the management of their activities.
However, in the State of Rio de Janeiro, Decree No. 43597, published on the same date the law took effect, also determines and regulates the state having transparency as one of the references in the state transparency of Fiscal Transparency site of the Secretariat of farm that can be accessed by the link below:

And yet, according to legal determination, the information is not available on the Internet can be requested by the person concerned the appropriate government body (which has legal authority and holds the information sought). The inquiry should be answered within 20 days.
Responsibility Matrix
In conjunction with the Olympic Delivery Authority has produced a document called Responsibility Matrix which takes the method of preparation, publication and updating of Matrix Responsibilities of the XXXI Olympic and Paralympic Games XV, to be held in the city of Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
From the legal definition of the Responsibility Matrix and based on the obligations assumed by the country's Government for organizing and hosting the Rio 2016 Games, the assumptions and criteria used in their preparation and their updates were established as can be seen from the link below :

Thus, the following variables were established in the construction of Responsibility Matrix:
. the obligations: definition of the responsibilities of the signatories;
. b Reference: alphanumeric string of projects in the Matrix;
. c Project / Action: project description / share;
d Responsibilities:. indication of loved consortium (federal, state or municipal), adding public-private partnerships and other private investments whose projects are intended for the execution of the Games, which account for the following tasks:
1. Features - governmental entity or private company that is responsible for the investment of resources in the project.
2. Implementation - governmental entity or private company who is responsible for carrying out the work or service

The Responsibility Matrix is a dynamic document, provided with mechanisms that ensure the control and the constant updating, every version, projects and key actions to Rio2016 Games, focusing on public funds used and public-private partnerships, tied to guarantees undertaken by several Brazilian government levels for the Games.
As set out in the Responsibility Matrix, the State Government is responsible for the projects described below:
1- the Rowing Stadium Reform Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas
