Introduction
This section of the WIKI contains all information required for configuring the Delft3D-FEWS adapter for a FEWS application.
- An overview of the design philosophy based upon which the adapter was developed is provided in section Design Philosophy. This section motivates the choice for the current approach, states the high-level assumptions upon which the adapter is based and described the high-level design choices.
- Section Configuration workflow provides a step-by-step plan which the user is adviced to follow when setting up a Delft3D-FEWS system.
- Section GeneralAdapter Configuration provides some useful background information on the relation between the Delft3D-FEWS adapter (model adapter) and the FEWS General Adapter from which this model adapter is run.
- Section XML configuration scheme provides background information on the XML configuration scheme used for the Delft3D-FEWS adapter. This section elaborates the contents of this file and the way in which to configure it.
- Section Template files provides background information on the template files used by the Delft3D-FEWS adapter. This section elaborates the contents of these files and the way in which to configure them.
- Section Naming conventions describes the various naming conventions used for the XML configuration scheme and the template files. During configuration these naming conventions should be adhered to strictly.
