For every new release of Wanda, Deltares sends out an email to our users with the release announcement, release notes, and installation instructions. The installation instructions can also be found on the wiki, in the Documentation area under Release notes & Errata

How do I check if the dongle is properly installed?

In order to use Wanda, you need to have a properly installed dongle.

In order to check whether the dongle has been installed correctly, you will need the lmtools utility. This program can be downloaden from this Wiki page (click here) or on the Wanda download page (click here). Download the lmtools.zip file, and unpack it onto your computer. Start the lmtools.exe program and go to the System Settings tab. Here you should see something like this:

The FLEXID field must show at least one dongle-code. If this is the case, the dongle is installed correctly and working.
If the FLEXID field is empty, try to reinstall the Dongle drivers (To download the drivers, click here).

When contacting the Wanda Helpdesk about installation or licensing issues, please make sure to also send a screenshot of the lmtools utility like above.

iGrafx FlowCharter is locked? How to activate Flowcharter?

If you do not enter the Flowcharter license key during the installation proces, Flowcharter will run in read-only mode. This is indicated by a "lock"-icon attached to your cursor.

To Activate Flowcharter, it is not necessary to reinstall everything. Just start iGrafx Flowcharter standalone, go to the help menu --> about igrafx. A small dialog window will open. Click on the Add button and enter your Flowcharter license key. After restarting the application, Flowcharter should be activated.
